As Venture Partner at Kalaari capital, Priyanka Gill advises portfolio companies on growth, marketing, and brand strategy. She also leads the CXXO initiative that champions  female-led startups. This aligns with her passion for empowering entrepreneurs, especially women to help them maximize potential and value.

Priyanka is also the co-founder of the Good Glamm Group. Her  entrepreneurial journey began in 2013 with the founding of POPxo, India’s leading digital platform for women and Plixxo, an influencer marketing platform. Kalaari Capital led the Series A funding round. In 2020, the merger of POPxo and Plixxo with MyGlamm resulted in the formation of the Good Glamm Group. Valued at USD 1.2 billion on the back of a content-creator-commerce strategy, the group owns beauty, digital media and influencer brands.  In 2024, Priyanka was elevated to the board of Good Glamm Group.

Alongside this, Priyanka serves on the board of TiE Delhi-NCR. She is also the  host of  “Dream Build Scale”, a podcast for entrepreneurs that focuses on actionable takeaways from inspirational stories of leaders and creators.

Priyanka graduated with Dean’s honors from the Global MBA program jointly offered by Columbia Business School and London Business School. She is also an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College in New Delhi where she did her BA in English Literature.
