Nidhi Mathur is a serial entrepreneur and venture investor with vast experience in innovation commercialization. Currently, she heads Axilor Labs where she curates and runs lifescience startups based on deeptech ideas.

In her previous avatar, she co-founded Niramai, an AI-led startup building a non-invasive, non-touch, non-radiation solution for breast cancer screening. Prior to that, she worked with corporate research labs and incubation offices to commercialize several innovative products aimed at bridging the affordability and accessibility divide in emerging markets. Her expertise lies in figuring out viable business models for technological innovations, building market acceptance for new-to-the-world technologies, and scaling-up IP-led businesses.

She is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore where she specialized in Marketing and Strategy. Apart from work, she enjoys trekking, bird-watching and helping out young entrepreneurs.
