Joe started his career as a practicing attorney at two prominent law firms where he focused primarily on contract-related litigation. In 1998, he joined The Taubman Company, a top developer of regional shopping centers, where he ultimately became a Development Director. In 2000, he followed a dream and started an innovative venture and angel-backed e-Learning company called InfoAlly. InfoAlly developed important digital learning solutions for leading businesses such as Dale Carnegie (US and Internationally), McGraw-Hill, Motorola and Federal Mogul, among others.
In 2005, Joe sold the company. Together with InfoAlly’s new owners, they started a business called Asset Health, a privately-held and fast-growing technology / health promotion and training company. Asset Health has grown significantly over the years and serves numerous Fortune 1,000 companies, nationally recognized health systems, and other great businesses. As the President of Asset Health, he played roles in all aspects of the business, including strategic and operational leadership; product design and implementation; direct and third-party sales; legal; client service; and communication and marketing.
In 2015, Joe became the President / CEO of Dale Carnegie, the worldwide leader in professional development, performance improvement, leadership training, and employee engagement. As with millions of other people, the Dale Carnegie Course has had a profound and transformational impact on Joe’s life.
