Ian Faria, a Master Coach and an acclaimed trainer spoke to students at the Business Leadership Forum held on 30th March 2012. Sri Faria is the member of the Kendra Committee of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bangalore Kendra. His speech, body language and hypnotic mastery over the audience had the students spell bound and helped in bringing out their inhibitions and facilitated their coming out open at the session. He demonstrated how the students can come out of their shell and communicate. He gave lot of tips on how to maintain the body language, eye-to-eye contact and have pleasant demeanor which are essential in placement and also grow in their career.

Ian Faria, was born in Vishakapatnam (called Vizag in those days) on the 13th of August 1958 and came to Bangalore in 1961. An alumni of St. Joseph’s Arts and Science College he is the founder of Game Changer Forum, Coach – CXOs & Senior Managers at Academy PEP, Trainer at Academy PEP Since 2000, he has focused on training some of the best corporates in India, including – Aviva, AT&T, APC, Intel, Quintiles, Siemens, Mphasis, Ness Technologies, Pantaloon Retail, Tata-VSNL, Jubilant Biosys & Chemsys…. etc.
