Having an experience of over 35 years, Dr. Shilpa a Consultant homeopath, clinical dietician and nutritionist and Ozone Therapist says, “If we master our thoughts we master our lives.” She has contributed as a writer for numerous medical articles in Indian Journal of Homeopathic Medicine and on the Internet. She has also shown her presence as the speaker in a talk on ‘Diet after 40’ at The Life Insurance Corporation of India and ‘Go Nuts about nuts’ at Swasthya Kendra Lokhandwala. Awarded with ‘The National Award for Dietetics’ because of her work in the field which was widely seen in numerous medical camps and her positive outcome oriented performance in the field itself in lifestyle diseases, she has also worked in the field of Ozone Therapy presenting commendable testimonials. She treats her patients introducing the ‘human factor’ which she particularly calls the best way of dealing with work in a profession like this noble one.

Speaking of medical qualification, attachments and attributes she completed her graduation as a ranker from The Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homeopathic Medical College and council (Mumbai), P.G Diploma in Diet and Nutrition (Gold Coast University, Australia), L.M.H.I (Geneva), C.C.H (Mumbai), M.O.F.I (Mumbai), . Being a person of the medicine and health field she knows the best medicine is fitness. Keeping that and her passion in mind she is a regular marathon runner.

A person of thoughtful and expressive demeanour, Dr. Shilpa has served as The Ex-Hon. Secretary of ‘The Medical Club of Vileparle’ She has also been a Trustee of Vileparle Medical health trust.
